Ravikumar K, affectionately known as “Chilume Ravikumar,” was born in the humble village of Kallanayakanahalli and raised with strong traditional values. A trained educator (D.Ed., BA) and passionate social reformer, his journey began as a teacher and motivator in Bengaluru. While working multiple jobs to support himself—including roles in hospitality, security, and government contracts—he never lost sight of his dream: to build a more just and compassionate society. Through perseverance and an unwavering sense of service, he assembled a team of like-minded individuals and founded the Chilume Trust (Education, Culture, and Rural Development). His work now inspires thousands and continues to transform lives, particularly among the marginalized and underserved.
